Jon W. Swets
Jon W. Swets has been a director and CEO of the company and the bank since November 1, 2023. Prior to his appointment as a director and CEO, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the company and the bank since July 1, 2002. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Swets served as an audit partner at Crowe LLP. Mr. Swets also served as Chief Financial Officer for several years at AmeriBank in Holland, Michigan until its acquisition by Fifth Third Bank. In addition to his public accounting and banking experience, Mr. Swets has also served in his community as a director at Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services, Grandville Calvin Christian Schools and Foundation, Camp Roger, CRC Loan Fund, and at his church.
