Nicole S. Dandridge is the Chief Executive Officer of VA Enterprises, a UHNW family office that serves the Van Andel family. A core holding is Amway Corporation, which the late Jay Van Andel co-founded.
Ms. Dandridge earned her BA in Economics at Michigan State University and her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. She is a member of the Michigan and Florida state bar associations. Before joining VA Enterprises, she launched the Crystal Family Office in Miami, Florida, a family office whose core holding company is Crystal Capital Partners (CCP), a platform for alternative hedge funds. Ms. Dandridge also served as the Chief Compliance and Legal Officer for CCP. Before that, she was a law professor at Michigan State University College of Law, and a partner at the Dandridge Firm, a business and intellectual property law practice.
Ms. Dandridge has been a company and bank director since 2020 and is active in the community. She serves on the boards of the Grand Rapids Public Museum and Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park. She is also an active member of The Economic Club of Grand Rapids and the Grand Action 2.0 Advisory Committee.
