Charles A. Geenen
Charles A. Geenen has been a director of Macatawa Bank since 2008. Mr. Geenen has been involved with GDK Construction Co. in Holland since 1982, previously serving as its President, and is a managing partner with Geenen DeKock Properties LLC, a commercial real estate development company. Mr. Geenen is a licensed builder and licensed real estate sales professional. He has previously served on the City of Holland Downtown Development Authority and Strategic Planning Committee and City of Holland Building Board of Appeals as well as the Trinity Christian College Board of Trustees.
