A renowned authority in international business, she fostered global connections, resulting in significant foreign direct investment. Recognizing the need for equitable access to capital, Birgit co-founded the New Community Transformation Fund, investing in entrepreneurs of color. A dedicated community leader, she serves on numerous boards, prioritizing both economic prosperity and quality of life.
