Business Online Banking Requirements

Please review and take action on all the items below.

What you need to do


  • Verify any recurring and scheduled transfers, including a double check of the dates/schedule.
  • Verify any reoccurring and scheduled ACH batches and Wire Transfers, including a double check of the dates/schedule.
  • Transaction Approvers will need to enroll for Mobile Authorizations under Commercial > Mobile Authorization
  • ACH Users: Save the offset account and subsidiary, if applicable, for your migrated ACH templates. This will ensure that users without edit template rights can still use the template to make/collect payments as needed.
  • Verify User permissions are correct.
  • International Payments Users: Log in through Business Online Banking and go to Commercial > International Wires.
  • Online Transaction Alerts will need to be reestablished in the new system under Online Services > Alerts.

Make sure your contact info and browsers are up-to-date

Ensure the accuracy of your email address and phone numbers in our system.

  • You can change or validate your business email address and phone number by logging in into Business Online Banking and going to Other Services and then Change of Address.

Ensure your internet browser is updated and current.

  • Our new Online Banking system will not work in Internet Explorer. We recommend downloading one of the other popular browsers; Google Chrome, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge. If you have questions or troubles with this, call us and we can help.

Quickbooks & Quicken users

  • Your Quickbooks & Quicken connection to Business Online Banking will be unavailable for 3-5 business days after the system conversion.
  • A data file backup and a final transaction download should be completed by 11/13.
