You asked for improvements to your Business Online Banking experience with us, and we listened! We are upgrading our platform Nov 16 and are excited to share these improvements with you.

Here are some improvements you can expect:

  • Redesigned user interface for an easier more intuitive experience
  • Improved mobile app
  • Transaction history extended to 18 months
  • Access images of your deposited items
  • Have a question on a transaction? Send a message to the bank from within online banking – the system will automatically include the transaction details
  • Automatically see transactions pending your approval on your home page
  • Extended cutoff time of 10 PM EST for internal transfers
  • Account transfer descriptions input online will flow through to your bank statement
  • Customize your home page by creating your own account groups
  • Easily print transaction details

Additional improvements for Treasury Management Business Online Banking users

  • New email confirmations for transaction drafters to let them know when their transaction has been approved
  • Request automatic email notification to specific Wire/ACH recipients
  • Send ACH transactions directly to loan accounts
