  • ACH Processing - Macatawa Bank offers its commercial clients a reliable, cost effective service through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) system for processing electronic fund transfer (EFT) transactions. ACH origination will create efficiencies that reduce operating costs and improve cash management policies. Through Macatawa Connect Online Banking service, commercial clients have the ability to originate EFT services for payroll direct deposit, pre-authorized payment collections, accounts receivable collections, accounts payable disbursements, vendor payments, cash concentration, disbursement and federal and state tax deposit payments.
  • Account Reconciliation Services - Macatawa Connect Online offers an easy-to-use download and export feature to assist commercial clients in reconciling account information. Several export formats are available and may be accessed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, for both current day and prior day information.
  • One Card Purchasing Card - The One Card Purchasing Card solution is an industry best practice, providing a tool for your business to improve efficiencies throughout your entire purchase to payment process. The One Card program manages travel and purchasing transactions with just one process, one card, one card issuer, and one invoice. Implementing a card program will help your business save money, reduce the workload associated with the accounts payable process, and increase your ability to control and monitor the purchasing function. This is accomplished through the reduction of manual processes, creation of a single payment for high volume transactions that have low dollar costs, and providing valuable consolidated data with unmatched reporting online.   • Positive Pay Services - Positive Pay is an automated fraud detection tool offered by Macatawa Bank and has become the leading method of check fraud deterrence available today for commercial clients. Macatawa Bank works with commercial clients to detect check fraud by identifying items presented for payment that were not issued by the client. With Positive Pay, the issuer prepares a formatted check - issue data file and transmits this data to Macatawa Bank. The bank compares checks received for payment against the data file of all issued checks. The bank identifies items that do not match the issue amount and check number and presents the rejected items to the issuer for consideration of payment.

  • Macatawa Connect - With a single sign-on, information about your Macatawa Bank accounts, as well as, transaction origination services are available at your fingertips. Gain secure access to current day and prior day account balance and transaction information with the ability to export data for easy reconcilement. In addition, you will be able to initiate online transactions including the creation of electronic ACH transfers for direct deposit of payroll, federal and state tax payments, disbursements and collections, transfers between accounts, wire transfers, and stop payments right from your PC anytime, anywhere with an Internet connection.

  • Investment Cash Sweep - The Macatawa Bank Investment Cash Sweep is an automatic investment solution that allows you to earn a competitive yield on your excess business checking account balances that would otherwise be sitting idle. The Investment Cash Sweep uniquely combines a business checking account with the ease of automatically investing cash in a interest-bearing account daily. You can maximize your revenue and enjoy check writing without having to juggle balances between accounts. This account offers competitive money market rates and an added measure of security with FDIC insurance of up to $100,000.
  • Line of Credit Sweep - The Macatawa Bank Line of Credit Sweep is an automated solution that helps optimize your day-to-day cash management by establishing an automated link between your business checking account and your Line of Credit. The Line of Credit Sweep automatically keeps your business checking account at the predetermined target balance and pays down or advances funds from your Line of Credit to meet your daily cash needs.
  • Dual Investment & Line of Credit Sweep - The Dual Sweep makes optimal use of your excess funds by automatically paying down your line of credit and if needed, investing funds once the line of credit is paid off above a predetermined target balance.
  • Zero Balance Account (ZBA) - The Macatawa Bank ZBA allows your company to eliminate excess balances by systematically linking any deposit or disbursement subsidiary account to a master funding account. The ZBA solution automatically transfers funds to or from the selected master funding account at the end of each business day to offset the net activity in each zero balance sub-account, bringing the subsidiary account to a zero balance. All ZBA account activity remains segregated for tracking purposes. However, all available funds are consolidated in the master funding account for better cash management.

Remote Deposit Capture also provides you with on-line image research and reporting.
  • Lockbox Services - Let Macatawa Bank accelerate your receivable collections with one of our lockbox service solutions. Our lockbox services are customized to your unique internal processing needs. You can select from multiple service options including wholesale, whole-tail, and retail services based upon the type and volume of your remittances.
